This form is to sign up for public comment to be made during the Colorado Recreational Trails Committee meeting on Friday, May 31, 2024.
The May committee meeting will be a hybrid set up with in-person and virtual options.
WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENT is the preferred method. Written comments may be sent to the State Trails Program general inbox (
trails@state.co.us). The deadline for public comment is 12 PM on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 so comments can be provided to the Committee prior to the meeting. For more information on submitting public comments, please visit:

Virtual comments are preferred over in person attendance due to room constraints. Comments from those who sign up in advance via the google form will be given preference. Public comment will be time permitting, as guided by the Chair to ensure adequate time for meeting business. Each member of the public will be limited to no more than 3 minutes for oral public comment. Members of the public may be restricted to 2 minutes for virtual public comment when time is limited. It is possible that not all who request time to speak will be able to do so, as the total amount of time for public testimony will be limited in order to allow the Committee to conduct all of its scheduled business.
For those who sign up to provide virtual public comment, you will receive a confirmation email from CPW staff no later than Thursday, May 30th with instructions.
