  1. Vendors will get a 10x10 Vendor Space
  2. Check-In & Setup will begin at 8:30am

  4. You will receive a social media & PrideFest Guide mention
  5. Non-Profit Organizations are requested to provide - at time of application & payment - a fully legible copy of their 501(c)(3) Certificate
  6. Please bring your own tent, table, chairs & signage limited to a 10x10 foot area unless otherwise approved.  If you need more than a 10x10 space, please request this ASAP
  7. All Vendors must be approved by Naples Pride & will not be considered reserved until Form and Payment are received & reviewed
  8. Please ensure your tent is secured - no stakes in the ground are allowed (ex/ sandbags tied to the posts are okay).  A fire inspector will inspect the premises and may ask you to take down your tent if it is not properly secured.  Please review the Tent Requirements https://www.naplespride.org/_files/ugd/34e4df_48f15439a55d42e09fcb647a1564cc7b.pdf
  9. Only registered food vendors will be permitted to sell food
  10. Only registered food vendors are allowed generators
  11. All food vendors will need to provide Naples Pride with a photo of your booth and/or truck, size, list of proposed menu items (including portion size & cost) and current restaurant/food truck operating license
  12. No vendor shall be allowed to sell or give away beverages.  Naples Pride is the sole vendor of beverages & reserves the right to confiscate any beverages or food distributed or sold by any other Vendor
  13. Take down starts at 5:00pm
  14. You must leave your space in the same condition as found; please place trash & recyclables in the appropriate containers.  Ask for help if you do not know where to place your trash - do not just leave it behind.  If trash is not properly disposed, there will be a cleaning charge of $100 & you will not be able to participate in future events
  15. If you have any special needs or requirements, please let us know
  16. Our permit prohibits the sale, giveaway or distribution of any CBD products; we cannot accept any CBD vendors
  17. Naples Pride reserves the right to award the vendor spaces at their own discretion
  18. You will receive a map with your location the night before the event via email, also at check-in the morning of the event. 
  19. Please remember, Naples PrideFest is a family-friendly event.  Please treat everyone with dignity & respect.  No items of any sort - that could jeopardize the future of the event - are to be sold or displayed; keep it kid friendly. 
  20. If you encounter any problems, please do not engage and let our Staff or Volunteers know immediately or call 911, is the fastest way to get help. 
  21. Naples PrideFest will be held in rain or shine, please plan accordingly.  Fees are non-refundable
  22. Naples Pride is the sole owner of all rights, title and interest to all Naples Pride information, including Naples Pride's logo, trademarks, trade names and copyright information, unless otherwise provided.  Vendors shall not offer items with phrases, logos or artwork with any variation of Naples Pride Property, nor should take orders for, sell, or solicit for donation any items that are imprinted, emblazoned, or marked in any way with Naples Pride's Property
