4-H Poultry Judges Training
The 4-H Poultry Judges Training will take place Friday July 19th, 2024, from 10:00am - 2:00pm at the Isanti County Fairgrounds, 3101 MN-95, Cambridge, MN 55008.   Registration deadline is July 8, 2024.

Topics covered include:
  • Individual placing and ribbon distribution in classes common to Minnesota 4-H county fair settings
  • Showmanship classes
  • State Fair line-ups
  • Youth development aspect of animal project judging - including practical tips on working with youth in animal settings, fees, dress codes and other helpful ideas to prepare you for a county fair animal judging experience. 
Cost - Training provided free of charge for adults interested in judging 4-H poultry at the local level. Materials and lunch provided. Participants must pay a gate fee to enter the Isanti County fairgrounds.
