Please note that there are some additional requirements that you will need to contact the registrar regarding your student returning to school. The registrar's email address and phone number are listed below for your convenience.

In addition, on or before your student's last day at Mountain View, your student must:
1. Return textbooks to each teacher.
2. Return borrowed library books.
3. If necessary, if your student takes medication at school, you should contact the school nurse to pick it up.
4. Please email Mrs. Campbell a copy of your driver's license.

Also, if any siblings are going on the trip it is the Parent/Guardian responsibility to contact the school(s) directly to find out what (if anything) if needed PRIOR to leaving for the extended trip.
