Welcome to the Queensland Collective for Inclusive Education (QCIE).  We are a group of volunteer families who promote inclusive lives for our children with disability and work together to make inclusive schools a reality for all.

Inclusive Education means that all students attend and are welcomed by their local, regular schools in age-appropriate, regular classes and are supported to learn, contribute and participate in all aspects of the life of the school.

Our Purpose:
To promote Inclusive Education:
    as our children’s right
    as best for ALL children
    as supported by evidence.

Our Mission:
That ALL Queensland children learn, grow and play together at school. That every Queensland child:
    is welcomed and supported to attend their local, regular school
    is actively participating in all aspects of school life
    learns with their same age peers

Our Pledge:
"We pledge our support to the goal and principles of Inclusive Education as a fundamental human right of every person, and the elimination of barriers and discrimination against children and young people with disability in education and in society as a whole".

Becoming a QCIE member is completely voluntary and obligation free. You will be added to our mailing list and kept informed of QCIE Events, Events by QCIE allies, and other relevant information to Inclusive Education.
