Thank you for choosing Cornerstone Preschool for your child! After you complete this registration form you will be directed to an online link to pay your non-refundable registration fee. This will secure your child's enrollment for the Summer Session and/or the 2024-2025 school year.

Once we have received your registration and payment you will receive an email from our director regarding preschool enrollment forms.

Please note that our classes are filled on a "first-come, first-served" basis and according to program availability.

Parents/guardians will be notified of child’s class placement via email.

IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION FOR Summer session and the 2024-2025 school year.

May 17th, 2024- SUMMER SESSION REGISTRATION ENROLLMENT FORMS DUE (Exception: The required Health Exam Form and Immunizations records may be submitted no later than 5/24/2024 should you require additional time for scheduled doctor appointments, etc. We require all enrollment forms to be on file with us before your child starts school.)

May 24th, 2024- deadline for Summer session enrollment cancellation.

June 1st, 2024-JUNE TUITION PAYMENT DUE

The first SUMMER SESSION tuition payment will be processed on 6/1/2024. If you prefer to pay by check please submit a check by 6/1/2024.

*All remaining tuition payments are due or will be withdrawn on the first day of each month.

June 3rd, 2024- FIRST DAY OF SUMMER SESSION.

July 31st, 2024- 2024/25 SCHOOL YEAR ENROLLMENT FORMS DUE. (Exception: The required Health Exam Form and Immunizations records may be submitted no later than 8/21/2024 should you require additional time for scheduled doctor appointments, etc. We require all enrollment forms to be on file with us before your child starts school.

August 14th, 2024- Deadline for 2024/25 School year enrollment cancellation.

August 15th, 2024- BACK TO SCHOOL/MEET & GREET EVENT FOR 2024/25 school year.

5:30pm-6:30pm. Come meet your teachers, bring in your school supplies, and/or any missing paperwork.

August 21st, 2024- FIRST DAY OF 2024/25 SCHOOL YEAR.

September 1, 2024 - SEPTEMBER TUITION PAYMENT DUE for 2024/25 school year. (first month tuition only). The first month's tuition payment will be processed on 9/1/2024. If you prefer to pay by check please submit a check within the first week of September. If you need to cancel your child's enrollment you must notify our preschool director before 9/1/2024. All remaining tuition payments for the summer will be withdrawn or due on the first day of each month (September-May for fall enrollment).
