As a hub leader, you will play a vital role in the lives of a group of young people from a disadvantaged community by:

• Showing up - never underestimate the value of simply showing up in a young person's life week after week – young people need consistent, caring adults around them as they grow.
• Listening - be interested in young people's lives and let them share what's happening
• Encouraging – bring energy and enthusiasm into the room and encourage young people to take part in Dreamscheme activities

The role:

• Commit to supporting one Dreamscheme Hub for one year
• Be ready to show up on time and be a consistent presence in their lives during the programme
• Be ready to build rapport,  listen well and ask good questions
• Give young people encouragement as they participate
