AFP Greater Madison Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer and/or member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Madison Chapter.  Serving with the Chapter is a rewarding experience and an opportunity for professional growth. Completing this form will help you understand the skills and time/resource commitments of these positions.

This application will be kept on file for 1-year. Applications are used by the Chapter’s Executive Committee and Board to identify and evaluate potential volunteers as roles arise.

If you are interested in Board membership, please note that Directors are elected by a majority vote of current members during the annual membership meeting (typically held in December). Board members serve a one-year term beginning on January 1st after their election.

General Chapter Volunteers may be asked to serve in various capacities as needed throughout the year. Volunteers are not elected positions within the Chapter.
