We hope this survey finds you safe and well. In an attempt to gather user data, we will be sending out a monthly survey to families. Our school will use this data to adjust programs, instruction, and the materials we use.
Your response will be confidential and used solely for the purpose of school improvement. Please complete one survey for each of your children at Metzger.
