An essential piece of the marketing and promotional effort for Operation Arrow, the OA staff at the 2021 National Jamboree, is to recruit and train local liaisons at the lodge and section level to champion the program in their geographic area. These "ambassadors" will consist of both youth and adult Arrowmen who have been identified as key leaders in their area and/or have already accepted a position within the Operation Arrow staff.
