The retreat will be held in the beautiful Oreti Village Resort in Pukawa Bay, on the south west side of Lake Taupo (45mins from Taupo centre).

We have apartment accommodation available with 4-6 people in each. Rooms are either twin share or queen. If you would like to pay a single supplement for your own room, please tick the box below. We can't guarantee it at this stage but we will endeavour to accommodate you when we finalise the room lists.

There will be a mix of vegetarian/pescatarian meals plus, some chicken dishes throughout the week. Please indicate your preference below.

The chefs can cater for some dietary requirements but not all. Please note them below and we will be in touch if we need to discuss any specifics with you.
Transport Requirements

A shuttle bus will be arranged to take people from Taupo centre and airport to Oreti Village and back. (It's a 45min drive and the price is to be confirmed).

We will be in touch with the transport cost closer to the time.
General Health
The retreat will require a reasonable level of mobility as the apartments are a short walk from the main retreat building and some apartments have stairs. Please let us know of anything you think may be an issue for you (e.g. mobility, allergies). This is strictly confidential. We will endeavour to accommodate your requirements if possible.

The standard cost of the retreat is $2,295 NZD (incl. GST) per person. 
A deposit of $1,295 NZD is payable upon registration to secure your place with the remainder due before the 1 April 2025, and you are welcome to make payment in full now.
