Test Out Application for Math 6.  Deadline June 15th.

Please fill out the following form for each test you would like to take.

The test out date is 8/16 at 10am at S.M.S.

Textbook is available online at bigideasmath.com     Use code GXT8-T327-YMNX to access.

Study guide is available by going to the S.M.S. website, click "Counseling" and then click on the TEST OUT link.  

Students have 100 minutes to complete the test.

Students must earn a 78% or higher.

SMS Counselors will contact the students with test out results.

Test out applications must be submitted by the due date listed on the application or website - no exceptions.
