Upon approval, payment must be made by cheque (payable to the PCBIA) and must include:

1. Payment for your requested stall.

2. Payment for your City of Mississauga Mobile Vendor Permit unless exempt. Exemptions for this permit include:

Artisans selling in the municipality where they live (Mississauga).

IF YOU ARE NOT EXEMPT, A CITY OF MISSISSAUGA MOBILE VENDOR PERMIT FEE WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF DAYS YOU ARE APPROVED FOR

3. Certificate of Insurance (see details below).

Applications are subject to approval. Additional vendor requirements must be met prior to the start of the market. All vendors must meet the criteria outlined by the organizer and vendor spots will be assigned.

Additional Vendor Requirements:

1. Certificate of Insurance: All vendors must provide Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of 2 million dollar liability naming the City of Mississauga and Port Credit BIA as additional insured.

2. Hours of Operation: All Artisans will adhere to the market hours of operation. Please note: leaving early is disruptive and not permitted.

3. Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing. If you cancel during Market season no refund will be issued.

Please Note:

Electricity will not be provided.
Port-a-potties and a hand washing station will be provided on site.
Artisans are required to take with them any garbage, boxes, and containers. Event staff will remove all receptacles and bagged garbage at the end of the day.
Parking will be reserved off-site for Artisans.
