Policy Handbook Contract 2019-2020
The following contract pertains to the policies set forth in the Parent Policy Handbook governed by Abundant Wonder Childcare Home. It is the Parent's responsibility to read the Policy Handbook completely before signing. The policies in this Handbook will be enforced to protect all parties you the Parent, Other Families and the Child Care Provider.
(Note: Drop-in clients fill this out the first time and yearly if care is needed.)

          That you will notify us in writing if any of the information on these childcare forms changes.
          That you have read and understand the Disaster Manual which will be reviewed annually.
