Complete and submit this registration form to enroll in the 21st CCLC afterschool program for the Picture Rocks Semester 2. Complete a separate form for each child you wish to enroll.
Registration opens on Monday, December 6 at 8 AM.
Deadline to submit registration form: January 2, 2022 at 11:59 PM.

Submission of this form does not guarantee class placement. You will be sent a registration confirmation with your child's approved after school schedule prior to class start on January 18, 2022.

Semester 2 Classes will be offered from January 18  to May 12. There are no classes on 2/10, 2/24, and 3/14-3/17.

Activity bus transportation will be provided for those who sign up below at 3 PM Monday-Thursday. If you register for class ending at 4 PM, students can be picked up in the car loop
Please note no activity bus transportation will be provided for classes ending at 4 PM.
