Be a Food Vendor at Celest Fest Eclipse
Celest Fest Eclipse at Camp Tahuaya (1 hour north of Austin, TX) April 5-8, 2024. Details at www.celestfest.com.

We are looking for food vendors or food trucks that provide high quality food, meaning organic and/or locally sourced (both meat and plant based welcomed). We are looking for 2-4 food vendors since we will provide meals for up to half of the participants (roughly 250 people).

*** We are not looking for vendors selling anything but food. Please see our FAQ section at www.celestfest.com about the Marketplace happening on Monday from 4p-7p- it will be a beautiful time for all to gather and sell/purchase crafts. We know this is not usually how festivals do it, but we believe all will benefit from time away from selling/buying and instead have focused time during our Marketplace to really see what everyone has to offer.

Our cap for the festival is 500 people, and 600 people for evening headliners Fri, Sat, Sun and Monday Eclipse day tickets.

Preferred Arrival Times, 2 Options:
1. Thur 9/14 from 2p-8p (you'll be able to stay the night at no extra cost).
2. Fri 9/15 from 9am-1pm
You may also arrive at another time, if approved by our Vendor Coordinator.

Important logistics: 

Please come prepared with whatever you need to be self-sufficient. We cannot be held responsible if anything gets lost or breaks before, during or after the festival.

We'll ask for a health department certificate.

To be clear, we respect plant medicine, but aren't offering a space for it at this time. There is no alcohol or illegal drugs. They will be confiscated. We have made this promise to all participants in order to provide a clear and brave space.

We are looking for a commitment to this festival knowing that this is a very special time, and food may become scarce with the influx of people from all over the world. Please be prepared.
