LA Trip Interest Form 2021 Spring Initial Feedback
If your student will be in Hart Music next year, please indicate interest in possible travel. Travel to LA is usually open to all 8th graders as well as 7th graders in Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band. Travel is optional. Any travel plans are subject to PUSD rules and guidelines. We are gathering initial interest only; filling out this form is not a commitment to travel. It does NOT hold your spot for future travel - there would be signups next school year if music department makes plans to travel. Please fill out one form per family.
