Lawson Picnic Vendor Application
Vendor Hours – Friday, July 9: 5-9pm; Saturday, July 10: 11am-9pm
No vendor applications will be accepted after July 1, 2021. We expect to fill all vendor spots quickly, so do not delay in filling out this application.
Booths are $50 per 10x10 space.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Please complete the application in full. Omissions/errors will delay processing.
● Placement requests can be made but are not guaranteed. Such requests will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Placement is the decision of the Festival Committee and is final. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant for any reason. We will not allow duplicate direct sales companies.
● The City of Lawson and the Lawson Park Board and its directors, paid personnel and volunteers of the festival are not responsible for security, inclement weather, loss or damage to property, injury or accidents of any kind. The City of Lawson and the Lawson Park Board is not responsible for items left overnight.
● Vendors must furnish their own display equipment, weather protection, unloading equipment, tent weights & supports. Booths/merchandise will need to stay clear of the sidewalks.
● Set-up begins Friday at 8am. You must be set up and vehicles cleared from festival area by 4:30pm. If you need more time, please let us know so we can make arrangements. Tear down begins at 9pm Saturday night and all booths need to be removed from the area Saturday night. If you need to make arrangements to return Sunday to clear your space, please contact us prior to the event.
● No smoking in or near booths.
● Failure to comply with the rules will result in your being asked to leave and forfeiture of booth fee.
PAYMENT:
ONCE YOU ARE ACCEPTED INTO THE EVENT, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. YOUR SPOT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT.
No refunds will be given for cancellations. There will be a $25.00 insufficient funds charge for any returned checks.
