For Excellence in Ministry Participants. To complete the EIM requirements, you need to attend at least four webinars on the topic of congregational leadership, finance or administration. The expectation is that at least two lay leaders will participate with you and debrief the experience with you. You can substitute an in-person seminar on a similar topic, such as a Regional or Assembly workshop -- just be sure you take at least two lay leaders with you.
