This course is ideal for anyone who wants to learn CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
The course includes;
- Recognising an emergency
- Calling for help
- When and how to do CPR on an adult/child
- When an how to use a defibrillator
- First Aid for choking
The course follows a practice-while-watching video format and is led by an instructor who will provide feedback and guide you through the lessons and help improve your CPR technique as you practice on a manikin.
The course is FREE of charge. Participants who can demonstrate high quality CPR at the end of the course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
