Summer Soul Food Bootcamp
Oh boy!  If you're reading this, you want to do BIG THINGS in your approach to fitness.... and I'm HERE TO HELP YOU do it!

This group is UNIQUE, with a focus on WHOLE FOODS, yummy SUMMER recipes, establishing a healthy approach to FOOD and FITNESS while keeping God at the center.

 We are getting down to BASICS and stripping our mindset and our nutrition of anything that doesn't bring LIFE to our bodies and our purpose!  

If you join me, you are committing to:

1. 30 Days of accountability in our private bootcamp
2. 30 Days of CLEAN EATING meal plans I will create for you (although you're welcome to create your own!)
3. 30 Days of a nutrition course designed to teach how to eliminate foods that cause inflammation and addictive behaviors for most of the time ( with a few treats here and there)
4. Checking in each evening and sharing what you ate and how you felt that day!
5. Taking before and AFTER pictures, so you can SEE how much your body changes!
6. Showing up for yourself and the other women who join us!  Sisterhood makes us stronger!

And friend, I'm committing WITH you!  This challenge has helped me get focused, get results, and I want to keep that going and HELP YOU get the results you want too!

OF COURSE we are going to be digging in to God's word and talking STEWARDSHIP of that beautiful body of yours!
