This meeting is virtual and will have a speaker presenting from MILC (Midstate Independent Living Choices).
Sandi Walkush is an Independent Living Consultant at Midstate Independent
Living Choices. She has worked at MILC for just over 8 years. MILC has 5 core
services which include: Information & Resources, Independent Living Skills
Training, Advocacy, Peer Support, and Transition to Community Resources. Sandi
is known for her advocacy skills which she perfected while raising her 22 year old
son with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. During the presentation Sandi will discuss
MILC’s transition classes, the 5 core services, and all the other services that
Midstate Independent Living Choices can offer.
