Due to recent storms, we've had to adjust our timeline, so we’re seeking a dedicated planning committee ready to dive in and help us deliver an incredible event on a short schedule. Committee members should be prepared for bi-weekly meetings, either in person or via Zoom, from 11/4 to 12/9.
We're looking for volunteers who can assist with setup, decorations, point-of-sale operations (with tech training sessions), and event breakdown. Given the intensity of the timeline, we’ll be assembling a small, focused team, prioritizing volunteers with past experience and software familiarity.
We are so grateful for your commitment and willingness to make this year’s event spectacular, especially in light of the recent challenges our community has faced. Please note, unlike previous years, volunteers won’t receive a complimentary ticket nor will they be seated attendees, due to limited space for paid attendees and sponsors. Thank you for your understanding, resilience, and dedication to making a difference during this season.
