Trading Card Custom Pack Request Form for USQ Cup 2022
If you would like to request a custom pack of trading cards from USQ Cup 2022, please fill out this form. For pick-up on-site, please place your order no later than Friday, April 8.

If you would like your pack(s) mailed to you, you may fill out this form at any time. Note that shipping and handling is extra and will vary depending on how much you order, but will likely be at least $5.

Custom packs can be a specific team or set of teams, all cards of a certain type (all rare cards, all coach cards, all player cards, all referee cards and snitch runner cards, or all tournament staff cards), or a master set of all cards printed from the event.

The cost will depend on the number of cards. The minimum charge is $8. A standard pack contains up to 9 cards and costs $8. A full team roster of 21 players would cost approximately $15. Please note that we only print cards that are submitted and not every team has a full roster worth of trading cards.
