The TRS-PTO is seeking nominations for the Executive Board Officer Positions as described below.  Duly elected Executive Board Officers shall assume office at the close of the 2020-2021 school year and serve for a term of one year. If you are interested in serving or would like to nominate a candidate(s), please fill out the information below next under each position of interest. Any contact information you can provide for the person you nominate is appreciated. You don't need to provide contact info to nominate.

All positions are open for the 2021-2022 school year. Anyone with a student enrolled at Tinc may hold a board position. This includes incoming kindergarten parents.  


President - Presides at all meetings, appoints special committees, and performs other duties as may be prescribed by the Bylaws. Coordinates the work of the officers and committees of the PTO. Attend presidential meetings held by superintendent. Work closely with Principal and teacher liaison to provide support where needed and to ensure that our programs are inline with the curriculum.

Vice President - Acts as an aide to the President and shall perform the duties of the President in the absence or inability of that officer to serve.

Co-Treasurer - 2 positions. Responsible for all the funds of the TRS-PTO. Maintain accurate records, receipts, and expenditures.  Pays out funds in accordance with the approved budget.  The treasurers will submit monthly reports to the General Membership and shall present the budget at the September meeting. One co-treasurer is responsible for deposits and the other is strictly expenditures.

Secretary -Records, transcribes and distributes minutes of all general and management board meetings, makes facility reservations for school events, sets up Sign Ups for volunteer opportunities.

Communications - Responsible for the communication of pertinent information and materials to the membership. Maintain and update social media platforms.
