The Far West Texas Rescue Coalition and Animal Balance will be offering pet vaccines (including Rabies) and microchips on Friday, June 3, from 3 pm to 6 pm. We ask that you pay what you can for vaccines (suggested donation of $15 per pet - if you cannot pay for vaccines, you will not be turned away) and $10 for microchips. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card.
 
Please complete a form for EACH PET.

Then show up after 3pm at the Presidio Activity Center (PAC), 1400 East O'Reilly Street.
Everyone must register using this form. No walk-ins can be accepted.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM IF YOUR PET NEEDS SPAYED OR NEUTERED. THERE IS ANOTHER FORM FOR THAT.

Surgeries will take place on Saturday and Sunday, June 4 and 5. If you have more than one pet and one or more of them DO need spay/neuter surgery, you can sign up all of your pets using this other form, including those who only need vaccines or microchips, so your appointments can be grouped together.
