7 minutes Beginner's Journaling

Every life-day can be bucketed into 7 threads we invest time in

1. Relationship
2. Work
3. Family
4. Friends
5. Fitness
6. Hobbies
7. Void.

In each of these we perform actions, think about stuff and develop emotions. Use this form to store them. There are prompts enlisted against each bullet, use them as guiding lights.

Do it religiously for ten days, and look at your chart! I promise you will thank me!

PS:
1. You do not have to pick all the pivots. You can choose, but I would recommend most.
2. The prompts are very few generic examples, do not think about "JUST" them. What we feel, how we feel about anything is very personal.
