In light of the recent news, ASA International Law is organising a panel discussion on the challenges brought by the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. It will focus on how this war began, the violations of international law and military law, the nuclear elephant in the room, and what the future might hold.

The panel will also reflect on the public hearings before the International Court of Justice on accusations of genocide in Ukraine in the Russia-Ukraine conflict happening between the 7th and the 8th of March.

Speakers: Prof. Jill Coster van Voorhout (International Criminal law), Prof. Terry Gill (International Military law), and Prof. Sergey Vasiliev (International Criminal law).
