Brakenhale Performing Arts department would like to invite all Brakenhale students to be part of this year's whole school musical - The Addams Family. No experience or expertise is required, just enthusiasm and energy to take part. We are looking for students to be part of the show in all roles including solo stars to backstage crew and ensemble cast.

Taking on a lead role in a production will take up more time and commitment than being part of the ensemble All lead roles in this production require some singing and dancing. Please rate your how you would feel about taking on a bigger role in a production.

I love the spotlight and would be amazing in any lead role.

I love singing and dancing but a solo role probably isn't for me.

I just want to take part with my friends.

I'd prefer to be behind the scenes than on the stage.

I'm not sure.

We need students to support the show by helping backstage with sets, props, costume and make-up. If you are interested in being a part of the production team you do not need to attend auditions. You may also like to be in the cast and help with production in the lead up to performances. Please let us know if you would like to be contacted about being part of the production team.

You will be required to attend all rehearsals after school on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and some lunchtime rehearsals. We also plan to run at least one full day of rehearsals on a Saturday during January (date TBC). There may also be dress rehearsals during the school day in February.

Evening performances are 7pm on Tuesday 6th, Wednesday 7th and Thursday 9th of February.

You will need to be available during these times to take part in the show.

I understand I will need to attend all rehearsals and will be available for all performance dates.
