Please submit information about your artwork (art, music, poetry, etc.) using this form.
Submissions are due by 4:00 pm on Friday, April 19th. Any physical art pieces (such as visual art) must be dropped off by this date as well. If you are submitting multiple pieces, please submit a separate form for each piece.
In addition to submitting this form, you will need to sign a consent form in order for your artwork to be presented at the showcase. If we do not receive the signed consent form, we cannot present your art.
All art is welcome; suggested theme is "balance."
