I fully understand that if I select online learning, I am committing my child to that for an entire semester, and I will not be able to place my child back into in-person instruction until the semester is over. I understand that online learning includes required participation where daily attendance will be taken and grades will be awarded. I further understand that if I select in-person instruction, I recognize that the school cannot fully prevent COVID-19 from entering the building, and there is potential for COVID-19 exposure./Entiendo completamente que si selecciono el aprendizaje en línea, comprometeré a mi hijo a eso durante un semestre completo, y no podré volver a colocar a mi hijo en instrucción en persona hasta que termine el semestre.
