Your dancer is ready to commit to the Dance Inspirations Performance Team! Please fill out the following information for your child to be placed in the appropriate group.  We will be in touch shortly with your child's placement and rehearsal schedule.

Placement is determined by teacher discretion only. If we feel that a child is not ready for the performance company we will discuss this with the child’s family and only the child’s family.
