Creative Leadership, Innovation, and Service offers a number of different workshops on leadership topics.
***Please note - most of our workshops are built around a 60-75 minute schedule. We may not be able to accommodate a shorter time span. In addition, due to limited staffing, we may be unable to accommodate requests for workshops with less than 10 participants OR due to scheduling constraints.***
***We reserve the ability to refer you to another office if your desired workshop is best served by a different unit/department***

If you are requesting a workshop below, please contact our office to see if you can attend a regularly scheduled offering***
We have many workshops that address topics within these designated areas:
Personal Development:
Workshops within Personal Development will focus on leadership skill-building on an individual level, help participants identify their values, and their leadership identities.
Leadership Foundations:
Workshops within Leadership Foundations will explore some theories, models, and various leadership styles.
Group & Team Dynamics:
Workshops within Group & Team Dynamics will provide teambuilders and team management skills like conflict resolution, accountability and delegation, and more.
Organization Effectiveness:
Workshops within Organization Effectiveness will help your organization overcome barriers or issues and build toward success.
Request Your Own: You may request a workshop that fits the needs of your organization. We have many workshops ready to dress a number of topics. If we need to create a new workshop to fit your needs, we will need at least 6 weeks notice.
