FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. What about a war in your country?
Yes, Ukraine is not completely safe now. However, the forum is taking place on the territory that is more than 800 kilometers away from the front line. There are no military facilities or airfields in this place, and it has never been under missile strike during the invasion. In case of air raid alert, we will follow the instructions of government. Also, organization committee is considering about to include a life warranty of foreign people, who is joining convention(an optional)🛡‍

2. What will happen if there is no electricity?
I think it's worse when there is no sobriety🤭
In this case, we encourage you to be kind, and bring candles, flashlights, power banks. You can always create a romantic atmosphere that will be remembered for a long time in our recovery🕯

3. How long will the forum last?
The forum program will consist of 2 parts - Saturday and Sunday. However, those who choose accommodation at the registration form, there are 2 nights paid - until Monday.

4. Where can I have a lunch?
In the premises of the tourist center there is a common kitchen where you can cook, or you can eat in the cafe in the other side of the street➡️

5. Why this location - Slavske?
There are several reasons for this. First of all, the initiative came from the AC Lviv group, so they considered the Lviv region. Secondly, it is safer there than in other regions of the country at the moment, and its near border of Ukraine. Thirdly, it is a resort town, which means there are many opportunities for various kinds of meetings and entertainment. For example, you can climb the mountain "Zakhar Berkut" on a ski lift, saunas, vats, billiards, barbecue, etc.
There is a lot of entertainment, some of it will even be on Sunday after the main part of the program.

6. How can I get to Slavske?
The best and most convenient way is by train or by bus. Almost everything that goes from Lviv to Mukachevo or Uzhhorod stops there🚞.
You can also go by car🚙.

7. What is the "Time of Talents"?
This is an opportunity to showcase your talents - whether it's playing the guitar, dancing or singing, etc. So if you have any talents, you are welcome be our hero🦸‍♂️
If there are no such enthusiasts, you can play board games such as Mafia, Who Am I, and others.

8. Pricing
Transfer to Slavske from Lviv will cost you around 5-15 €, accommodation 10-30 € per night, dinner – 10-15 €. Of course, those prices are approximate, and could depend on personal expenses. Price of convention is still under discussion, and you will know it as soon as its possible📅
