Youth Solutions Select supports schools and districts in the creation of a comprehensive Career Development Program that includes EDP support, student talent portfolios, and student employer engagement opportunities through the collaboration between a consultant and key stakeholders within the school.

A Youth Solutions Consultant will assist in the development of a customized Career Development Program designed around the school’s current and/or desired structure. A thorough needs assessment and site visit will begin the process followed by strategic planning sessions centered on program development and school culture building.

This potentially school-wide service, will work with the school to ensure all youth, starting as early as sixth grade, have opportunities to explore and gain exposure to multiple career pathways through Youth Solutions' employer engagement activities and develop an action plan needed to achieve a future beyond their imagination.
