User Research: Mobile App for a Flower Shop
As businesses continuously approach the digital world due to the pandemic, flower shops have experienced a decrease in visits and sales; hence, many are trying to extend their online presence. This case study aims to establish a better user experience (UX) design for a florist website.  With this survey, we would like to find out your experiences and insights about flower stores and how we would be able to help.

You will remain anonymous and the data collected here will only be used for this research. Thank you very much!
