THIS NOMINATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY A TEACHER ONLY.

Please nominate up to two students and two reserves to attend the course in order of priority.  

This programme is designed for students that are showing potential, but are not yet working at the highest level (i.e. working at a 6/7, but capable of achieving an 8/9). It is our aim to increase levels of attainment for these students, by providing additional support and inspiration to enhance their skills in physics.

We will notify you asap to confirm student places. From there, we will liaise directly with the parents using the contact details provided here.
