Altar Boy Retreat Registration Form
Parents of all interested altar boys, 4th grade and older, please RSVP by completing this form and submitting it by Thursday, February 24th to participate in this year's retreat. Please submit one form per participant.

We will be serving the Divine Liturgy at 9:30 AM and your boys are welcome to join us and to serve if they wish. The retreat will begin promptly at 11AM and go until 1:30PM. We hope to see you there!
