WLP Absence Request Form

This is required for any absence - including a late arrival or a need to leave early. For the full policy on absences, please refer to page 3 of the WLP Info Packet.

Please note that not every absences is excusable. Missing for work, not having a ride, homework, social events (handled on a case by case basis), mild injuries or sickness, etc.. are not excusable. What is excusable is left up to the discretion of the WLP Director.
