Summer Camp Registration Form
Assalamu Alaikum and welcome to the registration form for 2024 Summer Camp at ICSD.

Now accepting applications for students ages 5 and over. 
The camp will start July 1st and ends 25th of the same month.
The camp will be from  Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm.
Please include all siblings in one form if more that one child is enrolling.

Tuition Fees:
- 1st Child: $300
- 2nd Child: $270
- Any Additional Child: $250

* Children has to be in the same family to get the discount.
