Welcome to the Lenora M. Green Freedom Schools scholar application process. Please complete all questions as best as you can.


This application is designed so that you can apply for up to 5 children. Simply, complete the next section with one child's information child. The last question will ask if you want to apply for another child. If you answer yes, you will be taken to another "Child Information" page. If you answer no, you will be taken to the "Family Information page.
