HealthyGraduate Challenge Sign-up Form
Welcome to graduate school! Are you ready to start a new chapter of your life with healthy body and mind? University of Toronto Grad Room initiates a program called HealthyGraduate for graduate students to stay healthy through health challenges, monthly workshops and long term accountability groups.

This is a sign-up form for HealthyGraduate challenges, including 21-day exercise challenge (one in October, one in November), sleep challenge (October & November), a pilot meditation accountability group and long term exercise accountability group(work until Dec 16th). If there is any challenge you want to initiate, please submit your own answer. In the challenge, you will clock in everyday, take photos to prove you finish the challenge and complete an record of 21 days' results. There are many other graduate students who will hold you accountable as well. If you complete the challenge, you will enter a draw of surprising prizes!

You can sign up for multiple challenges. Once you signed up, we will send you an invitation to join the group(s) on Slack (an new interface, works both on computers and phones). You will also receive a  detail document explaining the challenge once you are in the group.
