Surgical Innovation Discovery Course Application
The Center for Surgical Innovation is recruiting surgical residents and fellows to participate in our Surgical Innovation Discovery Course (SIDC). Using the Surgical Trainee Agile Innovation and empoweRment (STAIR) framework, this 8-week course will pair you with fellow innovators to refine and de-risk novel ideas using fast-fail and rapid prototyping and customer discovery. We will select course dates once all project teams are solidified. We are projecting to start Early/Mid February after ABSITE Exam. The course will meet in person for the first and last session. This course will require active participation and regular team check ins throughout the 8-week program.
