Electrical Service Contract
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Electrical code will be enforced for the safety of everyone attending the festival.
All outside booths/stands must have the current year City Electrical sticker before any equipment can be energized.

City Inspectors will inspect all equipment on Tuesday July 25th (Opening Day). Any fees charged by the City Electrical Inspectors are not covered by this contract. Exhibitors will not be allowed to operate or continue to operate if the City Code requirements are not met. Should any inspections reveal a violation of the City codes, the City Inspector or authorized Fair Electrician is hereby empowered to remove power and require any and all violations be corrected before a unity can be energized. Any and all 220 amps electrical circuits or any other special electrical service work will be performed by the Authorized Fair Electrician only. Any cost for electrical work performed will be at your expense.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Outside Exhibitors must supply a continuous, un-spliced electrical cord rom the power panel to booth location. Cord must be a UL Approved 12awg 3 conductors with one conductor grounding, Hard usage for Outside uses. Common type cords (SO,SE, SEO, ST, STO, or STOO). This cord must be connected to a weatherproof distribution box with a switch or breaker handle. The box must have GFI protected outlets to which you can plug 3-wire grounded cords in for your needs. No Clamp-type (romex connectors) will be allowed, and exhibitors must supply a Cord Connector with a compression sleeve for any direct connection. All exposed non-current carrying metal parts of fixed equipment which are liable to be energized will be grounded and only factory equipped grounded metal clamps on type lamp holders or plastic reflectors will be permitted. NOTE: All outside electrical service will be checked daily by Fair Electrician. Inside Building Exhibitors: All exhibitors must supply a UL rated 3-Wire Grounded Cord from the outlets provided to your booth along with a UL Rated Molded Multi-Outlet Assembly with a Switch for those who need additional outlets in your booth. Anoka County Fair will provide one 110 volt 20 amp circuit to be shared by two booths.

INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE:
As further compensation for the use of Exhibit space and electrical power, Exhibitor will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Anoka County Fair, The Anoka County Agricultural Society, The County of Anoka, The City of Anoka, including their respective officers, council members, commissioners, agents, sub contractors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, fees, penalties, suits, proceedings and causes of any and every kind and nature arising out of any of or in any way connected with exhibitors' activities related to the Anoka County Fair or use of the Anoka County Fairgrounds.
