The Trip Leader position is an unpaid, volunteer position. As a Trip Leader, you will be expected to lead your assigned trip* every week for the duration of the semester, excluding university breaks and holidays during which classes are not in session. You will also be expected to attend team meetings, Serve912 tabling days, and to assist with other community engagement events hosted by the Office of Leadership and Community Engagement. *
*Please note that while every effort will be made to match you with your preferred trip, preferences can not be guaranteed. The trip schedule is determined by Trip Leaders' availability to lead trips and community partners' availability to host volunteer groups. Weekday trips are 2 hours long, while Saturday trips range from 3-4 hours.
