Welcome to the SJS Campus Parking Parent/Guardian Authorization form. By completing this form, you are giving consent for your student to drive to and park on SJS property during the 2023-2024 school year. Students and parents/guardians must complete these online forms every new school year, in order for your student to be able to park on campus for that school year. Parking permits are no longer issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your child does not have all the information required to complete the student application, please have them wait to submit it until he/she has complete information. Missing or incomplete data will delay the issuance of the parking permit.
