Vendor Information:
~ This event is held to raise money for Bethesda Youth Ministry to raise money for their summer missions trip. Our annual Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show is happening at the same time across the street at the church, so there is ALOT of foot traffic
~In addition to the cost of the space, each vendor is expected to donate a basket for the raffle with a minimum $15 value.
~Because this is a fundraiser and we run a kitchen and bake sale as part of the event, we do not accept food vendors.
~ Set-up is available Friday evening, September 4th from 6 to 8 pm; or you can unload on Saturday morning from 7:30 to 8:30 am, but vehicles MUST to be moved from the doors no later than 8:30 am, no exceptions. Shoppers always come early, so plan to be present and set-up by 9 am.
~ 2 Chairs are provided at each space. IF YOU NEED A TABLE, YOU MUST REQUEST ONE AS PART OF THE REGISTRATION BELOW.
~ If you need more than one space, please make note in the "Comments" section.
~If with a direct sales company there will only be one stand per company.
~ The event ends at 2 pm and all vendors must stay set-up until then, as that is the time being advertised.
~Once registration is submitted. Your registration will be looked over and decided if it is a right fit for this event. If decided you are a fit for the event you will receive an invoice through PayPal for the event fee (see below for pricing). Once the invoice is paid you will be a confirmed vendor. All spaces are on a first pay basis. If two alike representatives register for the event the first to pay will confirm the space.
~ After submitting your registration, please keep an eye on your e-mail for your invoice from PayPal, all invoices must be paid within 7 days of being sent or we will move onto the next person.
~ Limited spaces with electric are available, if you need electric, please be sure to select the appropriate space.
~ The majority of the OUTSIDE spaces will be located under a 40' x 40' canopy. If the weather is nice, the sides will be open, if it is windy, raining, or cold, there will be sides on the canopies.
~Once payment is made there are no refunds for any reason!

NOTE FOR CAR RELATED VENDORS: You will use this same form for registration, however, all spaces are 8' x 8' and you must provide your own canopy (if wanted).

Please keep in mind that Bethesda EC Church nor their employees or volunteers are  responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, and posters. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
