2022 Korean American Coalition Awards Nomination Form
The Korean American Coalition of Washington will be hosting this year's 2022 National Conference and Gala Awards Dinner. 

As is customary of our gala, we will be presenting community leads with awards based on nominations from community members. We are asking for your nomination for each category of award below. 

You may nominate a person for each award category OR just submit a nomination for a category for your choice. 

Each person is limited to one nomination form. 

Artistic Achievement Award
Business Leader Award 
Community Service Award
Future Leader Award
Rocky Kim Pioneer Award 

Deadline for award nomination is September 26th 2022.

Winners of these community awards will be announced in early October.
