By submitting this form, I affirm that I am in good general health, capable of performing the exercise/activity required to participate as a member of this running group, and that I accept as my personal risk the hazards of such participation, and that I will not hold Frontrunners Toronto, Frontrunners International, or any member of Frontrunners Toronto or Frontrunners International, or its executive representatives, responsible for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of participating in any activity, exercise or social event that is organized by or associated with the Frontrunners Toronto group.
In addition, I permit Frontrunners Toronto to use any photographs or video taken of me at any Frontrunners Toronto activity to be used for promotional or historical purposes and I give permission to use such images of me without expectation of compensation.

Membership is from January 1 to December 31 each year.
Renewal Membership: $30.00 per year
New Memberships: $30.00 to July 1
$20.00 after July 1
Memberships renew automatically each year unless you fail to pay your membership fee.

Membership fees may also be paid throughout the year through the Square online store at
