Exhibitor Registration Form...for HUG at Sea Cruise - April 2025
This form will serve as your initial "registration" to exhibit at HUG 2025 - you can attend Sunday afternoon/evening only in Orlando at the Marriott (we'll have tables), or you can attend for the whole week - and join us on the cruise ship - we'll have tables on the ship - pack LIGHT - you'll set up your small table and break it down each day. The "exhibit hall" will be the top floor of the dining hall. Cost will be $3,000 (whether you come Sunday only or all week). Attendee list will be provided at least 1 week in advance. The "tradeshow" will be open approximately 8 hours over the 5 days (Sunday to Thursday - Cruise is Monday to Friday). All exhibitors can join in on any gatherings, socials, sessions, breakouts, etc. - lots of opportunity for quality 1:1 conversations.
